Produce Self Portrait

This recipe combines art with food in a delicious and healthy way! When doing this project with students at my school, I received so many creative responses. It was a total hit!

Please watch my Food Safety Video BEFORE you get started in the kitchen. Thank you!

Here is the gist of the video:

  1. Please use foods that are safe for you and your family! If there is an ingredient in one of our recipes that is NOT safe for you or your family, please use an alternative.

  2. Always have an adult work kitchen appliances.

  3. Adults need to be present and help when using sharp kitchen tools.

  4. Keep both your hands and your surfaces CLEAN.

  5. You are a chef in your own kitchen and your kitchen creations will be unique! Happy accidents can still make tasty treats!

This video is meant for you and your kiddo to watch together. Enjoy!

Don't forget to give videos you enjoy a thumbs up & subscribe!
